Why I Started a Résumé & Career Strategy Business

For years, colleagues and professionals I worked with would ask me to review and improve their résumés because they weren’t getting the results they needed.

After refining and restructuring their documents, many saw a significant increase in responses—often receiving interview requests within days of applying with their updated résumé.

Over time, I realized there was a clear gap between what job seekers were submitting and what employers were actually looking for. That insight, combined with my experience across Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Operations, Sales, and Service, led me to formally launch this business in 2014.

Having worked on the hiring side—reviewing thousands of résumés and making real hiring decisions—I understand what captures attention and what gets overlooked.

My Approach

Many professionals are busy, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start when it comes to their résumé or job search. Others simply don’t realize how much impact a well-structured career strategy can have on their opportunities.

My goal is to simplify that process.

Through a combination of career strategy sessions and résumé development, I help clients clearly communicate their experience, strengthen their positioning, and move forward with confidence in their career direction.

A Realistic Perspective

Career change and job searching take time, clarity, and the right approach. Small adjustments in how your experience is presented can significantly change how employers respond.

A strong résumé is not just a document—it is a strategic tool that influences opportunity.

Let's Work Together
