Why I Started CC Résumés & CVS
For years, colleagues, employees, and professionals I worked with would ask me to review their résumés because they weren't getting the responses they expected from employers.
After helping them restructure and reposition their experience, many began receiving interview requests and new opportunities almost immediately.
What started as helping friends and colleagues soon revealed a larger issue: there was often a disconnect between how professionals presented their experience and what employers were actually looking for.
Drawing on more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Sales Leadership, Business Development, Operations Management, and Training, I recognized an opportunity to bridge that gap. In 2014, I formally launched CC's Resumes & CVs to help professionals better communicate their value and navigate their careers with greater confidence.
Having reviewed thousands of résumés, interviewed candidates, built teams, and partnered with hiring managers and executives throughout my career, I understand both sides of the hiring process. That perspective allows me to help clients position themselves in ways that resonate with employers and create meaningful career opportunities.
